Workshop - Categories & Filters

• The Workshop is now organized into 3 tabs: Graphic Packs, Sound Packs, and Mods
• Filter chips are generated automatically from the filtres field in workshop.json
• Search bar, category tabs and filters all work together simultaneously

• All pages are now fully translated: User Guide, Settings, Pack Manager (stats, filters, search,
  buttons)
• Video preview loading text and all modal buttons translated
• Language auto-detected from system locale, switchable in Settings

Bug fixes & improvements

• Workshop: refresh button now clears image cache and resets filters
• Pack Manager: scan button label now follows the active language
• Settings: all section descriptions, labels and buttons properly translated
