Stabilize numerical foundations while preserving v1.0.0 evidence

Scope

Apply the approved numerical-foundations overlay as unreleased maintenance: 27 changed files, 4 additions, no deletions. The source tree is exactly 897e57a17d9835e4157d0074dfcdf09e3dd476f9, matching the locally tested candidate based on c58576bc188d603d4f6e03f4225954d3599a2d05.

Changes

• Preserve every positive fixed-p extremizer remainder and use consistent reciprocal-point semantics.
• Use stable one-qubit extraction and direct half-chain SVD; evaluate logarithmic negativity from unsquared Schmidt coefficients.
• Retain explicit release-v1 extraction for historical snapshot comparisons, separate from accuracy tests. No existing test tolerance is widened.
• Add independent Decimal/analytical tests, conditional boundary-height error screening, extraction provenance, and a numerical verification command.
• Update documentation and regenerate llms-full.txt.

Preservation

Curated datasets, selected-spectrum archives, committed public figures, numerical claim snapshots, dependency locks, licences, and v1.0.0 remain unchanged. This does not publish a new release or introduce chronology/null-model results. No temporary transfer files or workflow are included in this commit or its ancestry.

Validation

Local CPython 3.13.5 run: 164 tests passed; public source comparison, repository validation, paper-correction checks, release-evidence verifier, environment structure, and the full numerical-foundations verification passed. The latter checks all 5,856 archived observations and regenerates all 656 n=10 observations in stable and historical extraction modes.

The final pinned hosted environment must pass on this PR before merging. These are automated numerical and consistency checks, not external journal peer review.

• v1.0.0 still points to 90baf8c8124123a98ef1a654e14ca5ec83eae609. Curated data, committed figures, existing claim snapshots, dependency locks, and licences remain unchanged.

The full make numerical-check was additionally run locally, including the 5,856-row boundary oracle comparison and both n=10 extraction modes. The standard hosted job runs the expanded tests but does not rerun that full standalone command. This maintenance update remains unreleased; no new tag was created.
