Added revised buckle design.

Changes:

• Improved binding by reducing length, increasing band bend angle.
• Introduced guideway for band preventing rotation.
• Introduced toothed pattern at left/right of buckle to increase band friction.
• Improved durability by reduction of unsupported lengths.
• Reduced overall part dimension, reducing print time/material consumption.

Hi! I reviewed this. The design is great, but this part is unfortunately not printable. FDM printers that we're using can't easily print in space, and this has a few parts that are raised. One possibility would be to flatten the top and turn the part upside down.

Happy to look at another revision if you'd like.
