When the pointer is over a pad, the viewer labels it pin 1 or pad N (web/render.js, padHitScan). N is the pad's place in the footprint's pad list, not the pin number. ibom sorts a footprint's pads by name as text, so pad 3 of a 12-pin part is pin "11".
Since #90, KiCad exports made with tools/make_fixture.py have each pad's name in pad.name. Show that name when it is there, e.g. pin 11 or pin A1. Keep pin 1 / pad N for boards without names (stock ibom and Allegro exports).
Done when hovering a pad on the netdaq fixture shows its real pin name, a board without names still shows pad N, and Playwright tests cover both.
Follow-up decision after PR #104 (user): rename the pad table's '#' column header to 'Pin'. Unnamed pads on a footprint with named pads keep showing their list position; no change there.
