Ch. 5: shorten the CI/CD pipeline YAML, Dockerfile and Prometheus listings (-335 lines) #1914

Chapter 5 (593 lines → ~258)

05_automation_devops_cicd.md is bloated with long code listings and content that belongs in other chapters.

Specific cuts

• 05:5 — SHORTEN the marketing-language sentence ("modern", "mature", "backbone" — three clichés in a single line).
• 05:15–29 — DELETE the AaC-vs-IaC table (duplicates 03:24–36).
• 05:35–41 — DELETE "Historical context" — the target audience knows the XP/cattle-vs-pets story.
• 05:45–51 — DELETE the "Fundamental principles" table (duplicates ch. 2).
• 05:53–62 — DELETE "Organisational implications" — generic "cultural transformation" bullets; covered in Part E.
• 05:64–94 — SHORTEN by 75% "From Architecture as Code to holistic..." (the five-architecture-layer bullets duplicate chs. 1 + 2).
• 05:96–137 — MOVE TO ch. 12. 41 lines on GDPR compliance in the pipeline (IBAN/BIC/EORI scanning). Keep only 1 GDPR paragraph here.
• 05:153–303 — SHORTEN by 60% the large GitHub Actions workflow with its 5-domain matrix. 149 lines of pipeline YAML; half that is enough.
• 05:305–338 — SHORTEN "Fail-fast feedback" + "Progressive deployment" by 50% — merge into a single table.
• 05:340–387 — SHORTEN "Maintainability safeguards" by 60%; move the testing part to ch. 13.
• 05:405–466 — SHORTEN the Dockerfile by 70% (60 lines). An architect does not need to see locale configuration.
• 05:500–549 — SHORTEN the Prometheus monitoring YAML by 80% (50 lines).
• 05:551–562 — DELETE "DevOps culture for Architecture as Code" — generic "collaboration is good" bullets; belongs in Part E.
• 05:563–579 — SHORTEN the summary by 75% (full of marketing clichés).

Saving: ~335 lines.
