Chs. 1–2: trim the intro + move Requirements as Code into its own chapter (-260 lines) #1913

Chapter 1 (98 lines → ~63)

• 01_introduction.md:5–7 — DELETE the image-description filler.
• 01_introduction.md:33–43 — DELETE the Adoptability/Extensibility/Productivity trio (duplicates 02:21–31).
• 01_introduction.md:63–81 — SHORTEN "How This Book Is Organised" to 3–4 sentences; it already appears in part_*.md.
• 01_introduction.md:83–85 — MOVE "Companion workbook and course alignment" to the preface (course marketing disrupts the reading flow).
• 01_introduction.md:87–91 — SHORTEN the "Looking Ahead" digression; an introduction does not need to paraphrase the Part A introduction.

Saving: ~35 lines.

Chapter 2 (604 lines → ~250)

• 02_fundamental_principles.md:5–7 — DELETE the image-description filler.
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:33–39 — SHORTEN MDD history by 75% (3 paragraphs → 1 sentence).
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:41–43 — DELETE the filler section whose only purpose is to say "see ch. 14".
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:53–174 — MOVE TO ch. 3 (drift prevention via version control is ch. 3's topic). 121 lines including two long bash blocks with branching strategies.
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:186–248 — Drift detection is repeated in ch. 7. Keep the underlying principle, DELETE generic tables and Terraform command examples.
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:256–313 — SHORTEN "Documentation as Code" by 75%; it is ch. 22's topic. DELETE the GitHub Actions YAML.
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:315–590 — MOVE "Requirements as Code" to its own chapter or to Part C. 275 lines (almost half the chapter) including OPA YAML, a Python class, the V-Model and a k6 load test. This is a separate chapter in disguise. If it stays: SHORTEN to a 20-line conceptual intro.
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:395–438 — DELETE the RequirementsValidator Python class (44 lines) — a complete implementation class does not belong in a principles chapter.
• 02_fundamental_principles.md:480–560 — Two full YAML manifests illustrate the same point twice; keep one and shorten to 15 lines.

Saving: ~350 lines.
