Kldload using wrong config

So, i noticed that kldload is still using its own configuration as replacement for rc.conf, while it should be using netrc.conf, which every service should now use as rc.conf replacement.
This way it is still possible to have a centralized config file to tune multiple services with.

In general some scripts still have the '. /etc/rc.subr' line commented out and would need to have that uncommented again and add '. /etc/netrc.conf'

Will have a look at that later and will try to fix what i began doing wrong

Plus will probably have to redo start stop functions, to just point to the function that 'start_cmd' etc. pointed to, to preserve the original function structure of the script
