On a Mac, akou's menu bar item is 48 pt wide with blank space beside the mark, while the items around it are 24 to 40 pt. 1.7.5 ships the fix from #508: the two macOS tray icons now say 144 dpi, so the item is 32 pt. That is the only change a user sees.

Also in this release:

• fix(eval): time dictations that start where a clip starts, so a cut inside a word stops failing the remote stage #507 makes the nightly's remote-dictation stage start each test dictation where a speech clip starts. Eval only, no app change. Its body has the table showing remote dictation did not regress with sherpa-onnx 2.0.1.
• test(soak): say when the event loop was held and whether akou was running then #506 makes the soak say when its worst tick was late and how much CPU akou used then. Test tooling only.

This PR:

• stamps 1.7.5 everywhere with bun scripts/stamp-version.ts --set 1.7.5 (--check passes);
• adds the 1.7.5 section to CHANGELOG.md;
• records the terms reading of 2026-11-02 in docs/providers.md, made after v1.7.4 was tagged today. Nothing changed in the Anthropic or OpenAI terms. Without the new row --check fails with "the newest terms check is dated 2026-11-01, before the previous stable release (2026-11-02)".

The 8-hour soak did not run: nothing in this release touches the call-recording helper.

Merge after #506, #507 and #508, then rebase this branch so the tag carries all three.
