修复编辑器无法识别 “前识” 这类中文引号包裹粗体的问题；放宽中文开引号/开括号后紧接中文正文时的粗体开启边界，保留普通标点开头文本不被误识别，并增加原文场景回归测试。验证：npm run check 已通过。
