Founder, DustOff Reset — helping organizations adopt AI at the speed their people can actually absorb.
AI adoption · change management · digital transformation · workflow redesign · enablement & training
Most AI adoption fails in the gap between the tools and the humans: workflows that never got redesigned, capacity that quietly erodes, usage dashboards that say "adopted" while the real work routes around the system. I work in that gap — audits, work redesign, and the software to support it. Most of what I build lives here.
- DustOff Reset — Human Capacity + AI Work Redesign for organizations. The site, the thinking, and the offer.
- Enterprise Capacity Insight (private) — diagnostic platform behind the DustOff audit: capacity signals, workflow friction mapping, and adoption analysis. React/TypeScript + Supabase.
- Nolo (private) — an adaptive system that detects digital fatigue and delivers personalized micro-resets, grounded in behavioral science.
- Pathcast (private) — a tabletop-style game for possible selves: deal a real decision as a hand of cards, tune the dials, play out a plausible future, then take one small real-world move a day.
- Hear the Customer — a customer-research skill for AI agents: plan studies, run conversations that move the needle, and synthesize what you heard into evidence-backed reports. MIT-licensed.
- NodeRail — a Model Context Protocol server for knowledge governance: versioned knowledge nodes with provenance, lineage tracking, and trust-status evaluation, so an AI assistant can tell you not just what it found but who wrote it, which version is canonical, and whether it has been reviewed. MIT-licensed, published on npm as
noderail-mcp. - The-Skill-Seeker-Lab — AI-powered skill recommendation chatbot for personalized learning (Python). Early experiment.
