Every module now declares its catalog categories explicitly, rather than relying on the dashboard's game-slug regex heuristic — and may declare several at once. Minecraft is reasonably Sandbox, Survival, Building, Modded and Creative.

Categories are declared in both module.yaml (which feeds the Modules catalog) and template.yaml (which feeds the Create-Server picker) — they're read by different code paths and must agree. Each module's patch version is bumped in lockstep.

Values come from the canonical vocabulary published in Gameplane's docs/module-authoring.md:
Survival · Sandbox · Shooter · Simulation · Building · Adventure · Horror · Co-op · PvP · Modded · Creative

Requires Gameplane with categories: []string support (ValgulNecron/Gameplane#140). The legacy singular category: is still accepted and normalized, so this is not a hard ordering dependency — but the categories won't surface until that lands.
