JawnRemote v1.13.2: gamepad stays connected across screens
v1.13.2 — gamepad stays connected when you switch screens
Two gamepad fixes:
- No more game pauses when switching to Mouse/Macros. The virtual controller now stays plugged into the PC as you move between screens, so the game keeps seeing it. (Previously, leaving the Gamepad screen unplugged it and the game paused on "controller disconnected.")
- New "Release controller" button — the slashed-gamepad icon at the top of the Gamepad screen explicitly unplugs the controller when you're done. The plain ✕ just minimizes and keeps it connected.
The controller also unplugs automatically when you disconnect from the PC or the link drops.

JawnRemote-Server-Setup.exe— unchanged from v1.13.1; no need to reinstall if you already have it.
JawnRemote v1.13.1: fix 'Starting' hang
v1.13.1 — server hotfix
Fixes the PC server window getting stuck on "Starting…" right after a fresh install.
The server was actually running the whole time — the status label just never advanced to "Ready" when the firewall was already configured (which it is right after install). Now it correctly shows "Ready — waiting for your phone."
If you installed v1.13.0 and saw a stuck "Starting…": the server was working — your phone could connect anyway. Grab this build for the corrected status.
Gamepad and everything else are unchanged from v1.13.0.

JawnRemote v1.13.0: Gamepad
What's new in v1.13.0
🎮 Gamepad
Turn your phone into a game controller for your PC. JawnRemote now emulates a virtual Xbox 360 controller:
- On-screen touch pad — analog sticks, A/B/X/Y, d-pad, bumpers, triggers, Start/Back (multi-touch, so you can hold the stick and press buttons at once).
- Forward a real controller — pair a Bluetooth gamepad to your phone and the app relays it to the PC.
The pad is stateful, so hold-to-walk works; releasing or disconnecting always returns it to neutral so nothing stays "held."
Setup
The Gamepad feature needs the ViGEmBus virtual-controller driver (signed by Nefarius). The PC installer now offers it as an optional checkbox on the final page — tick it once, then tap Gamepad in the app. Everything else works without it.

JawnRemote 1.12.7
Fixes a false "Couldn't send … (is the app open?)" error when sending a file from the PC to the phone — the file actually transferred fine; the server was ending its wait for the phone's confirmation a moment too early. (Server-side fix; the Android app is unchanged from 1.12.6.)
JawnRemote turns your phone — or any browser — into a mouse, keyboard, and remote for your Windows PC over your local Wi-Fi. Free, local-only, no cloud, no ads, no account.
