Summary
CropsNH's dependency file has many mods commented out because it's impossible to launch a dev env without some required configuration changes (mostly due to the core mod).
This PR adds a zipped-up folder containing the configs I used when running dev envs with all optional dependencies, so others can run just like I do. The configs are a trimmed-down version of the GTNH full pack configs from a daily I honestly don't remember the number of.
