This PR modernizes the ART Angular application and its test/build toolchain:

  • Upgrades Angular from 20 to 22, TypeScript to 6.0, RxJS to 7.8, and Zone.js to 0.16.
  • Replaces Angular’s deprecated Webpack builders with the esbuild/Vite-based @angular/build application and development-server builders.
  • Preserves the existing art/ output structure used by Jekyll and deployment.
  • Migrates the unit-test suite from Karma/Jasmine to Vitest with jsdom.
  • Updates tests for Vitest spies, mocks, native async handling, and the new Angular testing environment.
  • Replaces RouterTestingModule with provideRouter.
  • Removes the obsolete Karma configuration, test bootstrap, Jasmine/Karma packages, and direct Istanbul dependency.
  • Removes deprecated rimraf and the unused, destructive reset script.
  • Removes the unused internal Angular compiler import.
  • Replaces the CommonJS clipboard-copy package with the native Clipboard API.
  • Adds an explicit browser buffer dependency required by docx under esbuild.
  • Updates html-validate to 10.17.0 and JSZip to 3.10.2.
  • Removes obsolete Webpack-related dependency overrides.
  • Adds explicit, pinned install-script approvals and denials so clean installs no longer emit unreviewed-script warnings.
  • Refreshes the npm lockfile and substantially reduces the installed dependency count.
