EVA’s root mixed core code with small resource directories and separate tutorial/reproduction trees. This groups them into seven visible directories, with a shared examples index, fine-tuning under training, and container recipes under scripts. Model imports and installed CLI names remain unchanged.
Current paths, notebook helpers, Docker COPY entries and training imports are updated together. Historical snapshots, saved results and input hashes are preserved; the Milena manifest only changes repository paths.
Validation: 146 tests passed without skips on Python 3.11; 161 documentation links and frozen inputs passed. The CPU example completed, and a built wheel installed outside the checkout passed all three CLI checks. Single-GPU Milena default/strict runs each completed all 135 rows; synthetic pretraining, midtraining and fine-tuning round trips passed. GitHub Python 3.10/3.11 CI passed. The benchmark notebook executed from its relocated folder. The container source-copy/install stage was rebuilt on the previously validated runtime and its CPU benchmark and moved entry points passed without mounting the source checkout.
