Driver for the Septentrio PolaRx2e GPS Receiver, with ROS wrapper.
Right now this package simply copies Septentrio proprietary messages into a 1:1 version of the same messages in ROS. It is a very simple driver with a bare-bones ROS wrapper. Contributions are welcome!
