Reviewed
PASS — 39 deterministic policy/storage/failure tests, 29 real Chromium scenarios, and both configured site-origin builds on the exact head. Reviewed fixed same-origin destinations, explicit URL/manual choice precedence, query/fragment preservation, storage-denial handling, bounded credential-free country lookup, late-result cancellation, crawler/no-JS access and stable canonical/hreflang metadata.
Merge and live-site verification are explicitly authorized by the owner.

Select a language on first external entry to the homepage or article catalogue: explicit/manual choice, ordered browser preferences, then a bounded country fallback. Preserve direct localized/article/product URLs, internal navigation, history traversal, queries and fragments. Remember manual language switches, including English and blocked-storage/new-tab cases.
Closes #61
Country lookup omits credentials/referrer, stores no IP data, aborts after one second and cannot override pointer, keyboard, touch or scroll interaction. Failure leaves English available. See docs/LANGUAGE_SELECTION.md.
Validation: 39 policy tests, 29 Chromium scenarios and both site-origin builds passed. Live verification confirmed the exact deployed script, all 31 company-owned public pages and 29 real-browser scenarios on https://fuzzy-technologies.com.
