PASS — both configured-origin builds; registered branding and localized certificate metadata on all 34 branded pages; 45 desktop/phone layout checks across EN/RU/ZH; and 39 routing tests plus 29 real-browser scenarios after integrating the merged language-selection change.
Reviewed shared include whitespace/anchor boundaries, correct language hints, exact certificate URL, preserved logo pixels and product artwork, and attached superscript positioning on wrapped mobile headings. Final screenshots inspected. Proceeding with the owner-authorized merge and live-site verification.

Share the registered header logo, company name and certificate-linked footer through common includes across the company repository's homepages, article catalogues, individual articles and product landing sources. EN/RU/ZH tooltips and accessible descriptions follow the page language; ® remains attached to Technologies on wrapped phone headings.

Validation: all 34 branded pages in both site-origin builds; 45 desktop/phone layout checks; combined integration with language selection (39 policy tests and 29 Chromium scenarios). Live verification passed for all 31 company-owned public pages, the exact deployed language script and 29 real-browser scenarios. Source and live screenshots were inspected.
Deployment boundary: /FuzzyRoutines/ and /TKSBrokerAPI/ are independent GitHub Pages project namespaces owned by separate repositories. Their layouts are outside this company-repository change; the existing /TKSBrokerAPI/en/ 404 is recorded in #62.
