Ship a Bruno collection generated from the OpenAPI spec

We publish a Postman collection in FurlPay/furlpay-openapi. Bruno users currently have to import the raw spec by hand.

Task
Generate a Bruno collection from openapi.json (see the furlpay-openapi repo) and contribute it as collections/bruno/ there, with a short import note in the README.

Acceptance

• Collection opens in Bruno with folders per tag.
• baseUrl is a collection variable.
