Context

Projects and the ready workflow exist (FM-300–305) as a panel.

Goal

A Projects page with a project × machine checkout matrix (branch, dirty, ready), a 'make ready on…' flow with a dry-run plan, blocked Frogenv approval surfaced as a state, and guarded AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md editing.
