# Freeware Binary Distribution License

("Licensor information") grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- install and use the Software;
- make copies of the Software for backup purposes;
- redistribute unmodified copies of the Software to third parties.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the Software

You may redistribute the Software, whether free of charge or as part of a commercial offering, provided that:
- the Software is distributed in its original, complete, and unmodified form;
- all copyright, trademark, licence, and attribution notices are preserved;
