Bump electron from 44.9.1 to 45.2.1 and align node-abi to 4.40.0 in both devDependencies and overrides so @electron/rebuild resolves ABI 150 during postinstall. Add cross-platform ABI resolution verification in verify-electron-runtime.cjs and release-config.test.ts so future Electron ABI drift fails fast with an explicit diagnostic. Bump oxfmt to 0.76.0 across root and frontend while holding oxlint at 1.90.0 (1.91.0 enables react(immutability) errors on effect cleanup closures) and holding axios at 1.20.0. Update express-rate-limit (8.7.3), posthog-node (5.61.2), ws (8.22.1), @dnd-kit/dom (0.5.3), @dnd-kit/react (0.5.3), next (16.4.5), tailwindcss (4.3.4), and @types/node (26.6.6).
