The fallback chain only helps once deposits actually have mirrors. Existing ecosystem data (spectral files, lookup tables, stellar tracks) lives on Zenodo only.
Preferred solution
Once the mirror script exists, mirror the deposits referenced by the ecosystem manifests and add their dataverse DOIs. Complements #39.
