Feature description
Aragog has a stub CLI wrapper, using the same click formalism as PROTEUS. Given that Aragog can also read config files and write NetCDF output files, it would be valuable to take the (minor) step to incorporate a CLI runner command that allows aragog to be easily executed by a human standalone.
Preferred solution
Something like aragog start -c path/to/config.toml, akin to PROTEUS.
