Portfolio surface for TrustDesk — not a night SaaS.

/ is now a cinematic FPL landing (void navy, ivory, one gold light sitting on the product window, film grain, grotesque headline, two CTAs). The existing read-only demo moves to /demo; questionnaires, controls, brief, and about stay on their current paths.

The hero window is the real Northwind questionnaire: live confidence, mapped evidence, drafted response, routing. Not a generic dashboard. Click-through opens /questionnaires/qn-001.

Visual language is locked in DESIGN.md (tokens, four-size type scale, kill list). Geist + Geist Mono on the landing; the demo keeps Hanken / Fraunces.

pnpm build, pnpm lint, and the confidence engine tests all pass. No auth, Stripe, CMS, or second product.

Move the executive dashboard to /demo so the public route can be a
portfolio hero: FPL navy/ivory/gold, one light, grain, and a live
product window driven by the confidence engine.

Move the single light event over the TrustDesk chrome and raise
grain so the hero reads as void + one atmosphere, not a flat navy page.
