Rewrite install_v9_grok_models.sh as cleanup-only (filename kept for back-compat). Update CLI/doctor/install TUI, docs, website, skills, and ci-unit so status/models track the grok-4.6 profile instead of V9 pickers. --with-v9-models / --no-v9-models remain deprecated no-ops.
