Updates the v1.1.0 “Deployment Addresses” reference in CHANGELOG.md to use the correct GitHub link format/path for service_contracts/deployments.json, ensuring readers land on the actual file in the tagged release.
Changes:
- Fix the
deployments.jsonhyperlink to point to the correct path under thev1.1.0tag. - Switch the link from a
tree/URL to ablob/URL so it opens the file directly.
