Fixed version of the Construction 2 plugin for Microbot.
- Improved Demon Butler bank-trip handling.
- Prevents repeatedly clicking "Call Servant" while the Butler is at the bank.
- Detects when the Butler returns.
- Reopens dialogue with the Butler if his automatic return dialogue is missed while building.
- Continues the construction cycle after receiving planks.
