moodle-filter_fastpix - Documentation PR

Scope: content/SEO-AEO + onboarding only. No code was changed - the single short-code block is byte-for-byte identical (same hash). Changes are prose/structure for a first-time author: a benefit H1, badges, a "Works with" line, CTAs, an FAQ, a Troubleshooting section, and a FastPix Moodle suite table. Eight pre-existing prose em dashes were converted to hyphens (team zero-em-dash rule).

Summary

Brief description of changes:

Optimized the README's prose for search, AI discoverability, and first-time onboarding,
written for a teacher/author. No code was changed.
 
Added:
- Static badges (Moodle 4.5+, PHP 8.1+, release 1.0.3, GPL-3.0). The version (1.0.3) was
  confirmed from version.php, so the version badge is accurate.
- A benefit-led H1 that keeps the `filter_fastpix` component name and adds keywords
  ("embed FastPix videos anywhere in Moodle with a short code")
- A "Works with" line and filter-guide / free-account CTAs
- A "The FastPix Moodle suite" table (local_fastpix, mod_fastpix, tiny_fastpix) with
  install order - all verified to exist
- An 8-question FAQ (what it is / prerequisites, how to embed, where the playback ID
  comes from, short code shows as text, which videos, tracking/grades, who can see,
  versions)
- A Troubleshooting section (short code shows as text, private/DRM video note, won't
  play, install refused)
 
Fixed:
- Converted 8 pre-existing em dashes in prose to hyphens (the team enforces zero em dashes)
 
The existing (well-written) prose was preserved, not rewritten. The single short-code
block is byte-for-byte identical.
