DO NOT MERGE: setup-soldr v0 canary 6ad4abd - #1725
FastLED/fbuild#1720 — Pins the same workflow action references to a different commit as a canary.
FastLED/fbuild#1718 — Pins the same workflow action references to a different commit.
FastLED/fbuild#1686 — Updates the same two Ubuntu workflow references to a different commit.
Merge Risk: Moderate · up to f2ceb
The workflow drift check is failing, and the bumping instructions could lead maintainers to restore obsolete references. Update the generator, regenerate the workflows, and correct the instructions before merging.

Update the workflow generator before regenerating workflows.
ci/render_workflows.py still emits setup-soldr at dfbe9627f6cb0226716b61625b99a58949162720. The checked-in workflow uses 6ad4abd5b42cedef0b9710127fb450d3f2b2e301, so ci/render_workflows.py --check fails and regeneration will revert this pin. Update the generator, then regenerate all affected workflows.

Align the instructions with the pinned action references.
The workflows now pin zackees/setup-soldr itself to 6ad4abd5b42cedef0b9710127fb450d3f2b2e301, but the following instructions still require @v0, mention a different template SHA, and say the pin applies only to the installed binary. Update this section to describe the current action-pin policy.
