`uvx --from bosn==0.1.13` starts a bosn daemon that predates the machine-wide engine claim (forge-ci/bosn#544). On a shared host it sizes its own engines next to the newer shared engine and kills other sessions' runs (act exit 137, "StderrAbandoned and was reaped"). `--refresh-package bosn --from bosn` always resolves the newest release.
