ci: rotate poisoned Dylint build-cache key

The first cache-eligible main Dylint run succeeded but could not upload its 755 MB build cache: the old exact key is occupied by an immutable 22-byte unusable entry, and GitHub returned 'Unable to reserve cache ... another job may be creating this cache.' Rotate only the Dylint cache-key suffix to a stable new key so the next main run can seed a reusable cache for future PRs. The old cache is left untouched.\n\nValidation: 11 workflow contract tests passed; git diff --check passed.
