ESP32 include-farm breaks relative include in esp_bt.h #1579
Description
ESP32 Dev build fails: ../../../controller/esp32/esp_bredr_cfg.h: No such file or directory. The include-farm flattens esp_bt.h so its relative include no longer resolves. Reproduces with setup-soldr 869aa7b (run 36514030389) and aa75de0 (run 36525555031), so it is independent of setup-soldr. Came in with the include-path rework (sdk_paths.rs / include_farm.rs). Main pushes skip the full jobs, so main has no signal for it. Found via zackees/ci.yml#40.

Fixed by #1581 (keep include-farm dirs whose top-level headers climb out via
.., naming thisesp_bt.hinclude) and hardened by #1589 (per-variant include-farm parity test). Evidence:build-esp32devpassed on main after both, ESP32 Dev passed on #1612, and fbuild 2.5.30 RC compiled FastLED AutoResearch for esp32dev.
