Polish symbol report load-more control

Center the continuation control beneath symbol tables with a compact gradient pill, down-chevron, smooth hover and pressed states, visible keyboard focus, and a completed checkmark. Preserve the existing top 10 followed by appended batches of 50. Built the view and verified the actual modal in Chromium, including 10 to 60 appended rows.
