- make primary beyondchaos into useable python library
- use relative imports
- dismantle and reconstruct front end code from randomize() to a standalone executable module
- use a more modern library for commandline argument parsing
- extract (almost) all global dependencies
- update file writing / reading appropriately
- begin additional compartmentalization of testing / config features
- cleanup constants in preparation to deprecate and remove
