Summary
This PR extends the CI workflow so it runs on
ightly and dev pushes and pull requests, not just main and master.
Why
The repository already has CI, but it was not validating the actual promotion flow used by the project ( eature/* -> nightly -> dev -> main). Without this change, branch protection on
ightly and dev would not be meaningful.
