Installing plugin

Step 1: Knowledge

Make yourself familiar with the FAQ.

Step 2: Download

Visit the Releases to download the latest release of the plugin.

Step 3: Server

1. Set up a server with your map as a test bench
2. Install downloaded plugin
3. Start server
4. Stop server

Step 4: config.yml

Check out and modify the created config file in the created lightshow folder for your use case.
Information on the parameters can be found here.

Step 5: fixtures.json

The fixtures.json file contains all fixtures to be registered and used in the show.
Ideally you have your stage already created in you light control software and can now copy it over to the fixtures files. Depending on how many fixtures you have this can take long and is very tedious.

Starting

Reload

To reload the plugin after changing configuration or fixtures use /ls reload.

Start

To start the Art-Net receiver in the plugin use /ls artnet start.
