…ages it bundles A feat confined to a bundled private package now releases process-graph as a minor, a fix as a patch and a breaking change as a major, through the orchestrator's bundlingPackages option.

Adopts bundlingPackages from @exadev/semantic-release-workspace 3.2.0, so a feat in a bundled private package is a minor release of process-graph rather than a patch. A test holds the list equal to the published packages.
