adaptivewas specified to rule out a candidate projected to run dry at theobserved burn and to stay on the current model unless a move beats re-sending
the conversation uncached. Both inputs were stubs: every available candidate
was counted feasible, and the current member was kept whenever it stood.
Feasibility now projects each window's own pace forward: the allowance spent
over the time since the window opened says whether the remainder lasts to the
reset, and a window is not projected until a tenth of its period has passed,
where one burst is all the pace says. The switch rule weighs the best
candidate's gain (how much more of the allowance a steady burn would leave
unspent, as a share) against the share of a full one-million-token context the
conversation re-sends; a request that states no size, or a pair with no
pressure to compare, stays where it is.
