chore: scrub live demo URLs ahead of AWS teardown - #153

The hosted demo (Amplify frontend + App Runner backend) is being torn down to stop incurring AWS charges after the 7-day submission window. Replace concrete URLs everywhere so the repo doesn't ship dead links: - README §1: replace the live-demo table with a short note explaining the demo was taken down; point readers at infra/DEPLOY.md for the reproducible stack. - DEVLOG: drop the one historical reference to the Amplify hostname in the 2026-05-16 entry. - infra/DEPLOY.md and infra/bin/magnacms.ts JSDoc: replace example values with <your-app> / <your-apprunner-id> placeholders. - backend/app/core/config.py: same placeholder in the CORS validator error message. - frontend/package.json: gen:api default points at localhost again (env var override still works for anyone with a live API). - Two tests that asserted on those URL strings: switch to the reserved-for-docs app.example.com / api.example.com domains. Backend CORS tests + infra endpoint-context tests green locally.
