Sketch is not mentioned, perhaps that is a technical limitation? When altering a sketch in turn effects a body, however, it is not being determined as a change for save purposes.
Repro: New design, follow ZenExport path prompt. Create a sketch with a rectangle, extrude rectangle and save again. All is good. Now edit the sketch and change the dimensions of the rectangle. ZenExport does not see this as a change.
In a more general sense, it would seem advantageous to have a way to force a save, perhaps as a checkbox on the ZenExport popup that indicates Save Skipped if technically possible, but regardless of method some way to force a save.
