Add Replicate demo and API

Hi devs,

Thanks for your very cool work on LucidDreamer. This PR adds cog files for the Replicate demo. These can be used to run the model locally or on Replicate: https://replicate.com/jd7h/luciddreamer

If you have or create a Replicate account, we can transfer the Replicate demo to you. That way, you can manage the demo, update it if necessary, and get the credit for your work.
