Release HF demo that includes ply and/or glb - feature parity to MoGe/2

Hi @yosun , thanks for your interest!

Lotus-2 still focuses on affine-invariant (or relative) depth, not the scale-invariant (MoGe 1) or metric (MoGe 2) depth.

I can share you the code for depth 2 point cloud with manually set scale and shift. Send me an email if you want. 😊

I hope I am not over trivializing the problem... but even if you do not have a metric or scale-invariance, this still seems like something you can add to your HF Spaces demo. (This would enable the community of thousands of artists and everyone to just mostly drop-in replace Lotus where they previously used MoGe.)

Solution: Just have the user enter their own scale parameter? (Or just ansatz set scale to 1 by default?)

Scale is one tiny thing, any scale will be fine, the bias is the thing really takes time to tune😭

So why not simply let the user enter both scale and bias in the HF Spaces demo? Even if Lotus-2 only predicts relative depth, adding scale + bias parameters would still enable practical point-cloud / GLB export and let people drop-in replace MoGe in their workflows. That would immediately make Lotus-2 usable for a much larger creator community.

Tick-tock until the next SOTA model comes out 🙂
