ci: fetch Lua source so the build workflow passes - #1

The lua build fetches lua-5.4.7 into src-lua/ (gitignored), so a clean CI checkout had no source and the lua build step failed. Fetch it first, like build.sh documents. The other 7 apps were unaffected. Signed-off-by: Scott <scottbphone12@gmail.com>

The lua CI step failed on a clean checkout because build.sh expects lua-5.4.7 source in src-lua/ (gitignored, fetched). Fetch it first. Other 7 apps unaffected.
