Scorpio should set the cloned repository as working directory

Since cloned repositorys from artemis will include launch.json and tasks.json, this files will need to sit in a .vscode folder in the root.
Currently scorpio does not switch to the cloned repository as working directory and then launch and task configurations dont get used
