Follow Gnome Shell Theme

First i have to say thank you for that nice Project!
Finally a non stuttering Clipboard Manager on Gnome :)
Can you please also make sure it follows the Gnome Shell Theme and Blurmyshell:

I also added a panel-offset GSettings key (int, 0–200px, default 16) so the gap between the panel and the screen edge can be adjusted which is useful when the panel overlaps a system tray/dock in bottom-anchored positions.

Changed:
schemas/*.gschema.xml: new panel-offset key
ui/panel.js: _positionPanel() now reads MARGIN from the setting instead of a hardcoded 16

Hi, thanks for the issue. A few things to note:

• We already follow light/dark theme changes; not sure if that's what you mean. Supporting custom themes isn't a priority for me right now since I use the standard Gnome theme (Adwaita)
• BlurMyShell doesn't expose any API to track changes, and I, personally, don't use/like it since it reduces accessibility and makes reading complex.
• The panel offset is a good idea and will be implemented on the next version.

That being said, I'm open to pull requests as long as they are clean, simple PRs with the least amount of code possible without affecting the performance/stability of the extension, which is the principle of the extension itself.
