Milestone
Description
Outcome
Rebuild Signum around its verified game engine as a complete, navigable, production-ready product rather than a single-screen showcase.
Product map
Home -> Play setup -> Active round -> Result receipt -> History/detail, with global access to How It Works, Fairness, Responsible Play, Settings, and Support.
Non-negotiable release rule
No placeholder page, dead navigation item, fake account/history data, disabled control without explanation, demo-only acceptance, broken reload, or undocumented failure state may ship.

Implementation children #79-#91 are complete and the checklist is reconciled. Automated acceptance and live deployment evidence are merged through PR #108. The epic remains open only because its definition of complete retains #27 (five real testers), #33 (independent reviewer), #92 (aggregating those gates), and #23 (owner-controlled production registration/submission).
