Summary

Fixes #105 by moving checkout reservation visibility into the public catalogue instead of waiting for a second buyer to hit a backend conflict.

Live product state

• Adds public checked_out state for offered products with an active initial-purchase intent.
• Keeps pending reservations active through the same inclusion grace window used by checkout settlement.
• Includes sold products in the public catalogue as completed/owned history.

Browse UX

• Adds Available, Checked out, and Completed categories with live counts.
• Available remains the default buying pool.
• Checked-out products remain visible but no longer present a buy action.
• Completed products remain visible as proof/history and cannot be repurchased.
• Browse refreshes product lifecycle state automatically every 10 seconds and bypasses stale browser/CDN responses with a live query key.

Direct product pages

• checked_out shows a clear reservation message and disabled checkout button.
• owned is presented as Completed.
• Product-state fetch uses a fresh cache-busting request on page load so users do not enter checkout from a stale public page.

Tests

• Adds catalogue category UI coverage.
• Adds direct-page coverage for checked-out and completed purchase states.
