ci: fetch the acceptance run without the brittle status filter - #220

Filtering with --status success together with --commit returned an empty list for the 1.0.2 tag commit even though each filter works alone, which failed the release before it could fetch the package. The lookup now filters by commit only and selects the completed successful run in jq. Signed-off-by: wangzhizhou <824219521@qq.com>

Fetch the signed/notarized acceptance package步骤失败：对该提交返回空，但拆开任一条件都正常：
--commit 08af103--status success --limit 3--commit 8b9144a --status success所以不是权限或产物缺失，是过滤器组合的行为问题。改为只按提交筛选，再用 jq 挑
status==completed && conclusion==success，并在注释里记下这次失败，避免以后有人又加回--status。验证：YAML 语法由 CI 检查；发布本身会在合并后重新 dispatch
release.yml -f tag=v1.0.2验证。
