fix(seo/P0): canonical and self-healing post sitemaps

P0 — sitemap correctness and resilience

• Derive every article URL from the canonical insight.trigenys.com identity, never from a Vercel deployment environment variable.
• Advertise only localized posts with the same required fields as the public article routes (title, excerpt, content).
• Bound the unstable_cache lifetime to one hour, retaining tag invalidation after editorial publishing while recovering from bulk imports that bypass hooks.
• Revalidate FR/EN public article URLs, archives and homepages on publish, edit, slug change, unpublish and deletion (rather than only legacy /posts).
• Add unit tests for canonical URLs, missing translations and required fields.

Validation gates before merge

• GitHub CI: lint, typecheck and tests green
• Staging: published bilingual article appears in posts-sitemap.xml
• Staging: incomplete EN translation is omitted from sitemap
• Staging: edit, rename and unpublish invalidates expected URLs
• After deployment: check sitemap on production and compare to GSC

Boundaries

Does not edit news-sitemap.xml or claim GSC #90 is fixed, does not modify Cloudflare pilot PR #54. This PR is intentionally draft until CI and staging verification.
